As a team we successfully launched and managed the public-private company that developed and facilitated the Kirkcaldy Renaissance Partnership (acclaimed by Gordon Brown). In this role, our strengths in facilitation and communication, engaging the community and delivering productive stakeholder workshops; public presentations; fundraising and stakeholder surveys took Kirkcaldy Renaissance from concept, through planning and approval to an established delivery vehicle.
